Senior Research Consultant

A growing and fast-paced real estate and regeneration consultancy are looking for a Senior Research Consultant to join their team working on exciting nationally significant projects across the UK. The role is based in London and will involve working with clients in both the public and private sector.

Responsibilities:

* Managing the research team
* Working on data platforms such as CoStar and Experian
* Project managing Demand Assessments, Economic Assessments, Insight & Research Reports and Housing Needs Assessments
* Conducting Local Needs Assessments and Demographic analyses for placemaking reports

You need:

* MUST HAVE experience working with CoStar or Experian
* Experience within the built environment
* Good understanding of UK planning and development industry
* Desire to develop leadership and management skills
