Earth Wrights was started by Mike Jones and Mark Renouard with the aim of giving children of all ages and backgrounds the great play opportunities they had when they were young.

We are a small group of designers and makers working from our straw bale and timber workshop in a Devon woodland. We are dedicated to using organic materials to create stimulating play ‘habitats’- magical spaces where children get to be the natural adventurers they truly are.

Our designs can be experienced in hundreds of locations from London to Land’s End, including the Eden Project, Kew Gardens, National Trust properties such as Lanhydrock and Cotehele, Forestry Commission destinations such as Moor's Valley Country Park, and numerous schools and public spaces.
