Provide administrative support for the SHE team based from AECOM’s Bristol office. The role will include, but not be limited to;

  • Operating and editing a number of digital systems to provide support to site teams and SHE Teams.

  • Running reports and providing report support for senior team members.

  • Proof reading department and AECOM documents, reports and procedures.

  • Ordering and management of materials, equipment, training.

  • Working with SHE Team to deliver SHE projects.

  • Taking, writing up minutes of meetings.

  • Support and assist Safety, Health and Environmental (SH&E) department in the administration of routine functions, including, but not limited to: budget tracking, purchasing, records management, data reporting, and more.

  • Where an Administrator has sufficient job experience, exposure and training, they may also provide specialized project support in the form of hazard identification and recommendation of applicable control measures, development of project-specific health and safety plans, supporting SH&E department members in the development and delivery of SH&E training.

  • Administrator will possess a fundamental knowledge of applicable regulations, policies and procedures and provide support to maintain compliance with applicable requirements.

  • Other related duties may be assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience as administrator

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills

  • Excellent understanding Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previously worked in SHE Department

  • NEBOSH Certificate qualification
