Role Requirements

  • Business or Environmental-related degree or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Experience working with internal customers or collaborating with teams
  • Ability to engage with diverse groups and build strong relationships
  • Previous experience working on proposals
  • Prior project management experience
  • Familiarity with e-Tenders platform, Salesforce, and bid management processes
  • Background in environmental qualifications or related fields is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track all incoming business opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry and timely communication with project teams.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of fee proposals and tender responses, including eTenders and government contracts.
  • Support contract preparation and execution in collaboration with the Legal team, including oversight of Short Form Agreements (SFAs).
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve fee-related queries, follow up on quotations, and gather feedback on lost opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth handovers to project teams, manage client purchase orders, and communicate wins and updates to stakeholders.
