We now have an exciting opportunity to join one of the South West's leading employers a Data Analyst, sitting within our Network division based in Exeter

The Role:

Joining our team, the Technical Data Analyst will provide an expert resource for the maintenance and improvement of company. You'll report on company performance in relation to supply interruptions, detailing outage time, root cause and the number of customers affected. You'll collate data and present it in a way that can be understood by a range of audiences.

The Data Analyst will look <a>at flow and pressure data to determine areas of improvement for the business to ensure we meet and exceed targets set by our regulator and help us to ensure that <a>supply interruption is accurately reported.

Additionally, you will implement and develop better supply interruption reporting and analysis; including during serious events, providing support and network information to the incident room during and after normal working hours.

The ideal Data Analyst:

 *You'll have the ability to analyse and process complex and technical data *Have excellent report writing skills *A good background in technical problem solving *Be able to collate and present information in a way that can be understood by a range of audiences *Possess Excellent attention to detail *Ideally, you will have knowledge of hydraulic or water industry data *A knowledge of regulatory guidelines within the water industry would be advantageous

Rewards & Benefits:

In return for your hard work as our Technical Data Analyst, we can offer a competitive salary of £19,000 - £22,000 per annum depending on skills and experience plus benefits; working within in a team-orientated and collaborative environment, for a company that strives to be environmentally, socially and economically sustainable.
